Soliance Debuts Customizable Mask Concept

At Cosmetagora, Soliance introduced a mask concept that is customizable to the user’s specific skin needs. Instant Mask begins by the formulator choosing a base—either cream or gel. The cream base is formulated with standard ingredients in addition to the company’s Kendi Oil (INCI: Aleurites Moluccana Seed Oil), an organic oil rich in omega-3 that imparts a smooth, matte finish to skin. Likewise, its gel base contains the standard ingredients and Syner-GX (INCI: Cyamopsis Tetragonoloba (Guar) Gum (and) Xanthan Gum), a natural thickener that provides a soft texture and touch.

A formula is then selected based on exposure time with Express (5 min.), Tonic (10 min.) or Excellence (15 min.) available. To each of these, 1, 2 and 3 actives, respectfully, are chosen in addition to Betaphroline (INCI: Water (aqua) (and) Butylene Glycol (and) Tephrosia Purpurea Seed Extract), a well-being active that release of beta-endorphins. A number of actives can be added to the formulations, such as Bashyal (INCI: Sodium Hyaluronate), a hyaluronic acid for skin repair or Ellagi-C (INCI: Propanediol (and) Anogeissus Leiocarpus Extract), a vitamin C for anti-aging effects.

The Revealing Dew formulation, containing the company’s Stimulhyal (INCI: Calcium Ketogluconate) and Eau de Source Marine (INCI: Sea Water) among other basic ingredients is then sprayed on the skin to form a film and allow the mask to be removed without rinsing.
