Formula Focus: Gentle Cleanser with Lacy Lather

Procedure: Charge water in A into main vessel. Add glycerin with mixing. With high shear, slowly sprinkle in B. Mix until fully dispersed and no clumps are present. Begin heating batch to 65-70ºC. Add C and mix until all flakes are dissolved and batch is uniform. Add D to batch sequentially. While batch is still hot, add E and mix until all flakes are melted. Stop heating. In a side vessel, pre-mix F. Once pre-mix is uniform, slowly add to the batch with mixing. At 40-45ºC, add desired to preservative (G). Adjust pH to 5.0-5.9 using H.
