While companies came to the show to strut their ingredients, Chemyunion came to prevail with multiple launches.

Providing DNA protection, while also evading hyperpigmentation, SkinBlitz (INCI: Water (aqua) (and) Salvia Hispanica Seed Extract (and) Trehalose (and) Galactoarabinan (and) Glycerin (and) Xylitol (and) Sodium Phosphate (and) Sorbitol) is an active, which protects against harmful polluting agents and ensures healthier skin.

Biolumitá (INCI: Maltodextrin (and) Lecithin (and) Alpinia Officinarum Root Extract) helps improve lighting effects on the skin. The company has performed new tests to prove the efficacy of this ingredient and featured the results at the show.

Following the new trend “midorexia,” the company’s Revinage (INCI: Bidens Pilosa Extract (and) Elaeis Guineensis (Palm) Oil (and) Gossypium Herbaceum (Cotton) Seed Oil (and) Linum Usitatissimum (Linseed) Seed) helps fight signs of aging by reducing wrinkles and expression lines, while also evening skin tone. The ingredient was recently tested in silico, in vitro and for stability. It offers a retinol-like and multi-target concept and has antioxidant and soothing effects.

Applied to products for use with bleaching powder and hair masks, GoBlond (INCI: Water (aqua) (and) Linum Usitatissimum (Linseed) Seed Extract (and) Polyquaternium-7 (and) Sericin (and) Fibroin (and) Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride (and) Hydroxypropyl Starch Phosphate) was tested for new results to determine the efficacy of the ingredient in certain DIY treatment products.

Lastly, the Hebeatol range—which consists of five hair and skin care ingredients—can now provide the same results with less product. Formulators can develop preservative-free products with at a better price.
