Provital Group launched Nelupure (INCI: Nymphaea Caerulea Flower Extract (and) Nelumbo Nucifera Flower Extract (and) Propanediol (and) Glycerin), which balances oily skin.
Inspired by the purity of the lotus flower, the ingredient combines two lotus extracts to reduce factors involved in the overproduction of sebum; one application showed results in as little as eight hours.
In vitro tests confirmed the combination of lotus extracts provided the best results. Additionally, three in vivo tests in Asian men and women, and Caucasian women showed a reduction in sebum, shine, inflammation, blemishes and more.
