Makeup artist Jay Manuel has announced his launch of a cosmetic skin and color line formulated to enhance everyday beauty products. Manuel Override, according to the creator, is a line designed not to replace women's makeup but rather to compliment it.
The line includes a brow kit, moisturizer, silicone primer, lip shimmers, dimension-building powder and brushes. Manuel Override will launch on Sept. 21, 2006, on QVC. Manuel has said that his line is designed to help women solve their cosmetic problems.
