Micro Powders, Inc., has earned the EcoVadis gold medal thanks to new sustainability initiatives that improved its overall score by 16 points, per the company. This rating places the company in the 97th percentile — among the top 5% of more than 130,000 companies assessed globally.

Micro Powder's Award-winning Sustainability Efforts
According to the company, improvements toward sustainability were made across all four of EcoVadis' rating pillars: environment, labor and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement. The company's initiatives include:
- Discontinuing PFAS/PTFE products by the end of 2025, and
- Proactively developing, educating and guiding formulators to use biobased and biodegradable ingredients.
