Organic Raw Materials for Cosmetics Manufacturers

Turmeric: First, Well + Good published a story just days before this report about the benefits of turmeric to brighten skin and calm inflammation. It also featured 11 turmeric-containing products to add to skin care routines.

SC Cosmetics, SC Group Cosmetics, SC Kozmetiks

Consumer searchers were up on "SC Cosmetics” and “SC Group Cosmetics” and variations thereof by 4,950% and 3,250%, respectively. A recent report from CNN Turkey outlined the list of donors that gave to the "Turkey One Heart" televised campaign to help earthquake survivors. SC Kozmetik was listed among them for its 2 million Turkish lira donation.

Daiso New Cosmetics

Searches for "Daiso new cosmetics" (in Japanese) were up 2,900%. This company out of Japan hosts a platform to sell a broad variety of products ranging from household goods to cosmetic tools and products. Rihanna Makeup Line

Lastly, in this week's searches, "Rihanna makeup line" was up by 1,050%. This likely relates to her performance a few days ago as the superstar headlining the American Football Super Bowl LVII halftime entertainment.

Rihanna's brand, Fenty Beauty, promoted commemorative makeup kits in football-themed packaging to celebrate the occasion. One product highlighted was the Fenty Icon Velvet Liquid Lipstick in the "Showstopp'r" Edition.

The product is said to have a creamy, whipped texture that "hugs" the lips with intense color in one precise swipe. It reportedly leaves the lips feeling uniquely plush and comfortable, and not dry. Before the performance, the brand launched a new "Riri" shade in limited-edition packaging featuring a football logo on the cap. The formula is designed to dry down to a velvet-matte finish.

Ingredients: Fenty Icon Velvet Liquid Lipstick Showstopp'r Edition (Riri): Dimethicone, Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Isododecane, Polyglyceryl-2 Triisostearate, PEG-10 Dimethicone, Tribehenin, Triethoxycaprylylsilane, Aluminum Hydroxide, Disteardimonium Hectorite, Propylene Carbonate, Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499), Red 7 Lake (CI 15850), Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891).
