German raw material supplier Evident Ingredients GmbH has announced an exclusive distribution agreement with Black Label Ingredients (BLI), effective as of May 1, 2025. The partnership gives BLI rights to distribute Evident’s Evicide line of preservation solutions and Evicare range of functional ingredients across the United States.
Natural Preservation and Performance
“With the Evicide line we are focusing on a wide range of natural and modern preservatives, whereas the Evicare range covers functional ingredients like emulsifiers, thickeners, antioxidants, film forming agents and actives,” said Fernando Ibarra, CEO of Evident Ingredients.
According to Dan O’Neill, vice president of BLI, the partnership is a strategic fit. “With the additional lines, we offer a full portfolio of modern, natural raw materials for the personal care market,” he said.

The arrangement leverages the strengths of both companies. Evident Ingredients, based in Hamburg, supplies high-performance raw materials to more than 50 countries through an extensive distribution network. Its approach reportedly combines scientific rigor with a commitment to sustainability and natural sourcing.
BLI, with its start-up energy and industry expertise, has established a national presence in the U.S. personal care market. Focused on trend-driven sourcing and modern formulations, BLI aims to bridge global innovation with domestic demand.
