Vantage Specialty Chemicals announced the opening of its LATAM Region headquarters in Bogota, Colombia.

This structure will help the company stay connected to its customers while managing the day-to-day customer service needs of other accounts. By centralizing much of the company’s customer service capabilities in Bogota, with a limited presence elsewhere, the company reports it can pool its resources and prioritize strategic objectives. The headquarters offices are within a WeWork building.

Those who are centralized in the Bogota headquarters are already working together to support the company’s commercial team colleagues and its customers. Some team members are staying in Mexico, Argentina and other countries to maintain a Vantage presence. 

“This is another big step in our regional restructuring process to grow our business and work more effectively across LATAM,” said Alberto Laveran, senior vice president of the LATAM Region.
