Nailcare Academy, Naples, FL, offers online advanced, self-paced programs for licensed nail technicians. The core courses focus on safety, are titled the Advanced Nail Technician, the Wellness Nail Technician and the Medical Nail Technician and are available on Nailcare Academy's website. These programs raise the success bar for nail technicians through rapidly increasing trust and loyalty in clients. Increased loyalty supports speedy clientele growth, and this results in higher income for the technicians.

“My life changed when I took these programs,” says Judy, Judy’s Pedicare, Santa Cruz, Ca. Since then, she has upgraded to a beautiful new salon, reduced her salon time to four days (while earning much more money) and traded her ancient truck for a new car.

“These stories are happening routinely as a result of these courses, and it gives me so much joy when hearing them,” says Janet McCormick, MS, 45 year+ nail technician, owner/author, Nailcare Academy. “Nail Technicians work hard and love what they do. They deserve respect and to make more money, and Nailcare Academy wants to help them onto that track.” Nailcare Academy logoNailcare Academy, Naples, FL, offers online advanced, self-paced programs for licensed nail technicians.Courtesy of Nailcare Academy

These programs include business information and personal mentoring, which can guide the NCA graduate toward earning well over $100,000 per year through commitment to the professional precepts taught in the programs. “Success through Safety” is the new mantra for gaining high success in the nail industry.

The three core programs are on Nailcare Academy's website. The Advanced Nail Technician Program (ANT) provides training in how to work safely on the 48-51% of Americans who have chronic illnesses (CDC), attract them to the salon and grow a respectful and pleasant clientele. This means a higher income for the Certified ANT.

The Wellness Nail Technician Program (WNT) trains how to incorporate wellness into services and prepares the WNT-certified nail technicians to work in collaboration with podiatrists. Attracting referrals from podiatrists and physicians grows a clientele (and income) as never enjoyed before in nail salons.

The ANT and WNT programs can lead to the third program, the MNT Internship Prep Program, which provides background information for successfully experiencing the 40-hour internship program. The internship is required for those who desire to become a Medical Nail Technician. The internship allows the future MNT to see what their clients experience in a podiatry office and seals in the information learned in the NCA programs. The Certified MNT exudes confidence with a smile to a trusting clientele and reaches success beyond ever before through knowledge of safety and good business.
