Innospec Performance Chemicals has added a very mild surfactant to its Iselux line. Iselux Ultra Mild (INCI: Water (aqua) (and) Sodium Lauroyl Methyl Isethionate (and) Cocamidopropyl Betaine (and) Sodium Methyl Oleoyl Taurate (and) Lauryl Glucoside (and) Coco-Glucoside) is a concentrated surfactant blend developed for use in ultra mild cleanser applications.
The surfactant blend is tear-free and extremely gentle on skin and hair. It is free from sulfates, ethylene oxide, 1,4-dioxane, nitrosamines, parabens and formaldehyde. It is approximately 80% naturally derived from renewable plant-based resources.
Iselux Ultra Mild is an optimized blend designed for easy use. It can be cold processed and produces stable formulations while only requiring the addition of water for dilution and electrolytes and/or pH adjustment for viscosity control. It produces crystal clear formulations and provides the dense luxurious lather and soft after feel.
