Phytocytol BLM 95 (INCI: Polyglycerin-3 (and) Butylene Glycol (and) Pentylene Glycol (and) Methylpropanediol (and) Scutellaria Baicalensis Extract (and) Citrus Reticulata (Tangerine) Peel Extract (and) Myrica Cerifera (Bayberry) Leaf Extract) comprises three plant-derived flavonoids: baicalin, luteolin and myricetin.
