L'Oréal Paris' Elnett Humidity Resistant Hairspray is said to deliver the same styling hold users love without compromise. According to the company, hairdressers worldwide have turned to Elnett for decades but the new luxe spray is designed to deliver brushable hold with only six ingredients, the website reports.
