Dial now has Concentrated Refills to allow consumers to clean with 95% less plastic.

Each Dial Concentrated Refill packet mixes with water to make a full-size bottle of Dial Foaming Hand Wash. The cartons are also made with 100% paper-based cardboard and the packets are recyclable through Dial's partnership with TerraCycle.
The Skin Smart formulas from Dial are enriched with moisturizers and contain gentle cleansers to give consumers a balanced clean. The refills are free from parabens, phthalates, silicones, SLS and SLES.
As noted, Dial has collaborated with organizations such as TerraCycle to help consumers recycle pumps, caps, bar packaging and concentrated refill packets. The brand also redesigned its Dial Liquid Hand Soap refill bottles to be made with 100% Social Plastic from Plastic Bank (excluding the cap).
According to the company, this sustainable switch will help Dial save more than 6 million pounds of carbon emissions in 2022 by using 100% PCR for refill bottles. Additionally, the refills help reduce carbon emissions in transportation by 85%.
The refills are available in three scents: aloe, lavender and sea breeze.
