
During the IFSCC 2025 Congress, held Sept. 15-18, 2025, in Cannes, Thomas Navarro, senior director of scientific affairs at the brand Prose, a manufacturer of personalized cosmetics, presented the poster, "A Comprehensive Methodology for Ensuring the Safety, Quality, Efficacy and Regulatory Compliance of Hyper-personalized Cosmetics."
The goal was to develop a model where one product could represent millions of formulations but still only require one regulatory-compliant file for all formulations.
