Revlon has named Tchernavia Rocker its chief people officer, effective June 3, 2024. Rocker will also play an advisory role in building Revlon’s ethnic hair care portfolio.
Rocker comes to Revlon with leadership experience in human resources as well as organizational transformation, DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion), corporate strategy and sustainability.
She most recently served as Under Armour, Inc.’s chief people and transformation officer, and prior to this, she served more than 18 years in human resources leadership roles at Harley-Davidson, Inc.
