Naturex (Avignon, France) has announced the acquisition of the Italian company HP Botanicals (Milan). Naturex is a supplier of plant extracts and has recently acquired the Milan-based company Hammer Pharma. HP Botanicals specializes in the formulation and sales of plant extracts for the nutraceutical industry.
