Inolex Expands Global Sales Force in Key Regions

As it wraps up the final phase of development for its Charlotte, North Carolina manufacturing plant, Inolex is expanding its sales force with new hires in several major global beauty care markets.

They include:

  • Puja Agarwal—Regional business director, Asia. She will be tasked with overseeing sales and marketing related activities for Southeast Asia, India, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. Agarwal, who brings more than 20 years of technical sales and marketing leadership in the beauty care industry to the role, has previously held positions at Berkshire Hathaway and Lubrizol Advanced Materials India.
  • Jennie Creech—Technical account manager, Eastern U.S. Creech possesses more than a decade of personal care specialty ingredient experience; she has previously held technical sales and R&D positions at Clariant Corporation. In her new role, she will work closely with the domestic sales, marketing and R&D teams to deliver technical and commercial support to customers in the east. She will also support sustainable product launches.

  • Doreen Bailey—Customer experience manager. In this newly created role, Bailey will be responsible for “ensuring a positive experience through the full customer journey.” She has held management positions at BASF and Nova, and possesses more than ten years of experience in customer service. She also brings experience in marketing, sales, product life-cycle management, inventory and logistics.
  • Julia Benson—Technical account manager, U.K. Benson possesses nearly 20 years of experience in the cosmetic, toiletry, fragrance, beauty and chemical industries, most recently serving as U.K. sales manager at Azelis UK LTD. She will apply her technical, product development, marketing and commercial background to her new role.

The company aims to fully transition its manufacturing operations to Charlotte by Q4 2019. Along with fulfilling immediate manufacturing needs, the 150,000 square foot site will provide Inolex room for further expansion in the future.
