Farouk Systems Donates More Than $4 Million Worth Of Hand Sanitizer and Hair Care

Farouk Systems, Inc., creator of CHI and Boisilk, donated more than $4 million worth of products, including Biosilk Moisturizing Hand Sanitizer and CHI Hair Care, to support relief efforts in Louisiana due to Hurricane Laura’s destruction.

“Our hearts and prayers go out to those in Louisiana who have been affected by Hurricane Laura," said Farouk Shami, Ph.D., founder and chairman of Farouk Systems, Inc. "We are committed to helping our friends and family in Louisiana."  

The donations will lend support to mayor Nic Hunter of Lake Charles and his office as they tend to the community's aid. 

In 2020, Farouk Systems, Inc. has previously donated these products to Houston, Tomball, and Fort Bend County as well as health care workers during COVID-19.
