According to Clariant, its new Consumer Care Innovation Center (CCIC) is all about fostering collaboration between the company and its customers to meet increasingly complex demands.
To elaborate, some of those demands and their related trends were presented by Heeseon Kim, technical application chemist, and Kevin Song, marketing manager, both of Clariant, during the CCIC opening tour. (See the video footage, below.)
Examples included: CBD oil and naturals; textural engagement such as velvety sensorial profiles; and "remagining" (i.e., re-imagining) the personal care market with products in new formats driven by market demand for convenience, transformative experiences, etc.
