Illy Caffe announced that Kiko Milano CEO Cristina Scocchia will succeed Massimiliano Pogliani as CEO in January 2022, according to Reuters. Scocchia has been with Kiko Milano as CEO since 2017. The brand sold a 1/3 stake in the business to Peninsula Capital in 2018.

Scocchia has been on Illy Caffe's board since 2019 She takes over at Illy Caffe as the company prepares for a potential stock market listing.
