Like other companies, CLR planned to launch its CutiBiome CLR product (INCI: Octyldodecanol (and) Leptospermum scoparium branch/leaf oil (and) Piper nigrum fruit extract (and) Magnolia officinalis bark extract) at in-cosmetics Global 2020. But due to the event's second postponement until October, the company moved the launch online in a section called, the “Innovation Zone.” Other dedicated sections from the company include a Formulation Lab, Makeup Bar, Sustainability Corner and Marketing Trends.

On March 31, 2020, CLR's virtual exhibition served as the launch for CutiBiome CLR. This synergistic complex of lipophilic extracts from manuka, black pepper and magnolia provides support for the natural balance between skin and its microbiota under challenging skin conditions such as acne and dandruff.
