Pelemol OL (INCI: Oleyl Lactate) is a vegetable-derived, 100% active viscous liquid. It has a light oily feel and leaves the skin soft, supple and silky, with a waxy feel on rub-in. The ingredient is useful in massage oils, makeup and conditioners in which softness, sheen and manageability are desired.
