After four weeks of a twice daily application to the face of cream containing 3% of PoreTect, 93% of volunteers perceived pores to be smoother; 90% declared their skin was less shiny; and 83% found skin to be firmer.

These self-evaluations were associated with clinical evaluations by a trained assessor, who analyzed the skin’s shine and firmness, as well as instrumental evaluations of the skin’s texture by fringe projection.

The active is oil soluble and complies with the Chinese regulation for cosmetic ingredients.
