Pelemol OL (INCI: Oleyl Lactate) is a 100% vegetable-derived ester. A slightly yellow-to-amber, viscous liquid, it is 100% active with a light oily feel that leaves the skin soft and supple. It functions as a conditioner and moisturizer for hair, whereby the alkyl portion of the molecule coats fibers to provide conditioning. In addition, it serves as a skin-fattening agent.
