Skincare brand LOLA announced the launch of its new Hormone-Safe Body Care Collection, which includes a body wash and body deodorant. The collection features the brand’s ingredient transparency and hormone-safe products in the everyday body care category.
“LOLA has always taken a hormone-safe approach to the products we make, and as we looked at the broader body care category, we saw an opportunity to bring that same philosophy to the products women use on their bodies every day,” said general manager Kelly Murphy. “Too many personal care products still contain ingredients that have been linked to endocrine disruption, and we believe women deserve better options. For us, that means formulating with hormone health in mind while also giving women greater transparency into what’s actually in the products they use. With this collection, we’re bringing those two principles together to make everyday body care a more informed choice.”
According to the brand’s press release, the collection is based on EU standards for ingredient transparency and safety. The brand claims that the products maintain 1200% ingredient transparency and no ingredients linked to endocrine disruption.
The Gentle Body Wash features a non-stripping cleansing system with ceramide complex to strengthen the skin barrier. The All Over Body Deodorant is an aluminum- and baking soda-free formulation with an advanced odor control system to neutralize odor and support the skin microbiome.
