Momentive Performance Materials (Momentive) has launched Harmonie, a range of natural plant and mineral derived ingredients for the beauty and personal care industry.

Products launched under the brand include:
Harmonie Soft Fluid (INCI: C9-12 Alkane) — A highly volatile emollient and solvent that enhances product spreadability and sensorial properties. It is compatible with silicones and natural oils and may be used in makeup formulations such as foundations, mascaras, eyeliners and BB creams.
Harmonie Silken Gum (INCI: C13-16 Isoparaffin (and) Dimethicone/ C13-16 Isoparaffin (and) Dimethiconol) — A naturalized silicone gum range that offers high spreadability and soft after-feel. It is ideal for foundations, lipsticks and conditioners.
Harmonie Luxe-4 Powder (INCI: Silica) — A natural silica microsphere suitable for use in a range of color cosmetics, primers, facial skin care, body care and sun care applications.
Expansion of the Harmonie line of products will continue in the coming months and beyond.
