Silquat J2-8B (INCI: Distearmonium/Diethonium Chloride PG Dimethicone) is a PEG-free, cationic, multifunctional emulsifier that offers excellent conditioning of hair and skin. The product is water-soluble and offers a rich, smooth, powdery after-feel. It is ideal for 2-in-1 shampoos or in stronger hair conditioners. The ingredient also excels at the emulsification of natural oils.
