IFF Appoints CEO

International Flavors & Fragrances has appointed
Robert M. Amen as chairman of the board and chief executive officer. For the past 26 years Amen has been with International Paper, most recently serving as president of the company. Executive search firm Spencer Stuart was utilized by the board of directors to assist in the search.
