The Personal Care Products Council (PCPC) has named Emily Manoso as executive vice president, legal and regulatory affairs and general counsel.

Manoso previously worked as PCPC’s associate general counsel and staff counsel and has served as a trail attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice.

She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and her J.D. from the George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School. She is a member of the North Carolina State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar.
