NIQ has announced its 2023 Beauty Trailblazer Cohort featuring 16 minority-led beauty brands.

The three month program for emerging brand leaders will give free access to NIQ data, direct support from data professionals and mentorship from industry leaders. 

Selected brands had to be 51% minority-owned and generate less than $20 million in annual sales.
