Spanish home and personal care manufacturer Persán S.A. has announced the acquisition of the Mibelle Group, including all its legal entities, supplier and customer contracts, as well as employee contracts, including Mibelle Biochemistry. The transaction is set to be finalized by the end of April 2025.
Persán, a family-owned company with more than 80 years of history, is one of Europe’s largest home care product manufacturers, with operations in Spain, France and Poland. The acquisition aligns with Persán’s strategy of international expansion and growth in the personal care sector, leveraging Mibelle’s expertise, technology and market presence.
Excluded from the acquisition is Mibelle’s former South Korean subsidiary, Gowoonsesang, which has been acquired by L'Oréal.
Under Persán’s ownership, the Mibelle Group will reportedly continue its operations and maintain its commitment to delivering high-quality products and services to its customers.
