Ashland Specialty Ingredients announced Elixiance biofunctional (INCI: Propanediol (and) Aqua (and) Schinus Molle Extract) recently won the silver award for best active ingredients at in-cosmetics Asia 2015 Innovation Zone Awards.
This ingredient is ecological and sustainable for skin-care products and is designed to help reduce the effects of pollution on skin.
With more than 100 exhibitors and visitors gathered for the ceremony, the 2015 awards were given for best active ingredient and best functional ingredient. Twelve products were shortlisted by a panel of industry experts from Coty-Lancaster Group, Seers Consulting, KAL’IDEES S.A.S., Skinnovation Ltd. and Coty Group.
