I like to offer light foods and [foods] that detox. Charcoal lemonade is nice to offer, along with cucumbers, strawberries, blueberries and raw nuts. Or, you can offer samples of cold press juices, and sell them as well. I am a big believer in offering food and drinks that work with your body to repair and heal. Always keep it light and fresh. As for alcohol, I wouldn’t recommend it because it can increase blood flow to the face, causing the skin to become more red, and that could interact with a facial. It can also cause dizziness and dehydration so I wouldn’t offer that. Anything that works positively for the body, I would offer.”
