Antioxidants are known allies to neutralize free radicals and their adverse effects. These substances protect the skin against the damage caused by pollution, enhancing the skin barrier. They also correct and protect the skin from the damage caused by UV, infrared and blue light radiation, increasing sunscreen efficacy and protecting against oxidative damage from those rays.

Besides using sunscreens, moisturizers and cleansers, dermocosmetics containing are, according to the company, essential to complement skin care.

The Nano Hyaluronic Acid (INCI: Sodium Hyaluronate) is an active ingredient with hyaluronic acid that sequesters free radicals, stimulates collagen production and prevents skin aging. It also increases skin protection from radiation and contributes to an increased capacity for tissue repair.

The Nanovetor Resveratrol blend (INCI: Punica Granatum (Pomegranate) Seed Oil) inhibits free radicals, preventing the extrinsic aging that is typically caused by external factors such as sun, pollution and radiation. It also stimulates collagen synthesis, improves skin firmness, reduces wrinkles and has regenerating, astringent and moisturizing actions.

Lastly, according to the company, dermocosmetics with vitamin C are typically favorited in terms of antioxidant potential. In its pure form, the NV Ascorbic Acid (INCI: L-Ascorbic Acid) presents several benefits for the skin; i.e, it helps to combat free radicals, prevents damage caused by sun radiation and strengthens the skin’s natural defenses. This ingredient acts in collagen formation, granting firmness and a reduction in expression lines. It also has a depigmenting and lightening action.
