Farsáli's Jelly Beam Illuminator is a concentrated highlighter in a jelly formula. As the name suggests, the product is meant to apply like a gel but set like a powder, and can be utilized on the face as eyeshadow, or on the body.
Inside the jar, the bouncy-textured product is oil-free and can be built up to varying levels of shine. Brown seaweed extract is included for its antioxidant and brightening properties, while shea ester imparts a silky, moisturizing effect.
