On January 14, 2026, MANE announced the acquisition of Belgian biotech company ChemoSensoryx Biosciences. The acquisition will allow MANE to strengthen its innovation and scientific understanding in smell, taste and trigeminal sensations. 

ChemoSensoryx Biosciences is located in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, and specializes in biotechnology for sensory modulation of taste, smell and trigeminal receptors. The company’s technology platform offers innovative solutions in the discovery and optimization of active ingredients that are able to modulate human sensory receptors. 

According to the company’s press release, officials at MANE believe that ChemoSensoryx Biosciences’ platform will enhance MANE’s current capabilities in several key areas, including odor control, blooming technologies, taste modulation, olfactory receptor modulation and trigeminal receptor modulation.
