CP Kelco recently highlighted Kelcosens Citrus Fiber (INCI: Not Provided), an ingredient upcycled from citrus peels and certified by the Upcycled Food Association. 

The ingredient is intended for use in facial creams, serums and body lotions and offers stabilization of emulsions, a pleasent, light texture, is cold processable and is an alternative to synthetic and natural emulsifiers for emulsifier-free formulas, per the company.
