Roelmi Biotech, a new project from Rolemi HPC, launched Seidotech Lux, an advanced anti-aging active derived through the precision microbial fermentation of grape extracts. The ingredient is highlighted for skin brightening and repair benefits.

Skin Revitalization via Italian Grapevines

According to Roelmi Biotech, the ingredient is derived using grape extracts from Italian Vitis vinifera L. (cultivar rubra) that are fermented with the proprietary strain Lactobacillus plantarum PBS067. The resulting active is said to deliver a supernatant rich in bioactive metabolites and enhanced polyphenol bioavailability.

Seidotech Lux: Targeting Pigmentation, Glycation

Seidotech Lux has been shown to inhibit tyrosinase, in turn reducing melanin synthesis for an anti-hyperpigmentation effect in skin. It also is reported to counteract glycation in skin proteins, promoting natural repair and mitigating signs of aging.

Additional studies demonstrate a positive effect on capillary reorganization that per the company, positions this ingredient as a promising solution for enhancing microcirculation and overall skin appearance.
