Indena SpA recently featured four ingredients at SupplySide West 2023 in Las Vegas and displayed several of its nutraceutical ingredients.
SupplySide West saw Indena feature Relissa (INCI: Not Provided), an ingredient that can be utilized for supporting emotional health and sleep. Relissa contains Melissa officinalis, a member of the mint family used for various applications for its calming and “anti-stress” action, promoting sleep and relaxation.

Other ingedient's featured at the event include:
- Berbevis (INCI: Not Provided) — A metabolism balancing quaternary ammonium salt derived from isoquinoline alkaloid with health benefits in multifactorial conditions, including the support in controlling healthy blood levels. Per the company, the ingredient optimizes insulin levels effectively and noticeably modulates the blood sugar profile, optimizing both blood glycaemia and insulin.
- Anthocran Phytosome (INCI: Not Provided) — This cranberry extract offers phytochemical characterization and is standardized in proanthocyanidins and contains the full polyphenol profile of natural cranberry, including flavonols, anthocyanins and phenolic acids.The ingredient is intended for use in women's health.
- Phytosome (INCI: Phospholipids) — A food-grade delivery system that improves the bioavailability of botanical compounds. It is formulated with natural dietary ingredients already existing in the human body that act as vectors, reducing the self-aggregation of natural compounds.
