Silquat 4016 (INCI: Water (Aqua) (and) Dimethicone-PG Diethylammonium Chloride (and) Cetrimonium Chloride (and) 1,3 Propanediol) is a positively charged, non-irritating conditioner that provides soft, silky and substantive hair. It additionally enhances foaming capabilities, and is reportedly ideal for both opaque and clear 2-in-1 shampoos. This synergistic blend of water-soluble silicone quat with cetyltrimethylammonium chloride is said to add to formulas without reducing viscosity.
