Described in this patent application is a composition that induces adipocyte differentiation and/or adipose tissue regeneration. The active ingredient is an exosome extracted from a stem cell differentiating into an adipocyte, which expresses bioactive factors at a strong rate.
The exosome contains genes, proteins and growth factors associated with the proliferation, differentiation and regeneration of stem cells. It can therefore be applied to differentiation-inducing agents in stem cells, injections for tissue regeneration, fillers for cosmetic purposes, preparations for tissue engineering, etc.
The described ingredient is purified and does not include antibiotics, serums or culture solution. It also is a cell-derived lipid transporter and imparts skin-whitening, wrinkle-reducing, skin-regeneration and scar-improvement functions.
