Provital USA has announced the appointment of two new team members, Paisley Gardner and Steph Herrera. These strategic hires will support the company's growth in digital marketing and customer service, reinforcing Provital USA’s commitment to innovation and client support.

Gardner to Strengthen Digital Presence

Paisley Gardner joins as the new digital marketing and communications coordinator. In her role, she will support Provital’s digital marketing strategies, creating promotional and scientific content and aligning campaigns to enhance the company's brand presence. 

Gardner brings valuable experience in marketing, communications and event management from the corporate events and entertainment sectors. Her passion for creating engaging experiences will be vital in connecting with audiences through impactful marketing.

Herrera to Enhance Customer Support

Steph Herrera has been appointed customer care and documentation specialist. In her role, she will manage orders, coordinate logistics and handle essential technical and regulatory documentation to support both clients and internal teams. 

Herrera brings more than six years of experience in administrative support, client relations and documentation management from the legal, real estate and manufacturing industries. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is dedicated to delivering high-quality service and improving processes to contribute to team success.
