VAV Life Sciences has received COSMOS approval to produce and supply lecithin and phospholipid ingredients globally.

The international approval was granted following VAV’s completion of documentation audit processes for its ingredients by Ecocert.

“This is certainly a step forward for VAV as we always aim to meet the highest standards possible in manufacturing sustainable products,” said Arun Kedia, managing director of VAV Life Sciences. “The growing demand for green chemistry and sustainable products indicates that consumers are aware of the importance of clean ldabels. Customers are looking for third-party certification such as the COSMOS standards as an assurance that the products contain genuine natural ingredients used in skin and beauty care. We are making sure that all our products conform to global sustainability standards.”
