Five decades of expertise in the custom development of topical formulations have led to the introduction of many successful personal care and over-the-counter drug products (i.e. sunscreens, acne treatments, skin protectants and complete skin care product lines), per the company.
The lab works with entities ranging in size from major manufacturers to start-ups and mid-size companies. It also works with ingredient suppliers to develop application and market positioning support for new ingredients.
Besides formulation services, the company troubleshoots formulation and product stability issues and makes ingredient recommendations for externally developed formulations.
"Staying on top of the latest technologies and understanding the specific individual needs of our clients has allowed us to be a preferred resource to the personal care industry in meeting their formulation needs," the company states.
