Givaudan Active Beauty has launched B-Biome Score, a label that is microbiome-friendly, scientifically demonstrated, backed by a scientific publication and endorsed by a dermatological expert.
The label utilizes dermatological expertise to determine the final score of a given active ingredient based on short-term impact after one application on the skin; cumulative impact after several days’ application on the skin; and resilience of microbial viability after stopping application
