Greentech has been awarded the 2014 European Frost & Sullivan Award for New Product Innovation Leadership for the development of Dandrilys, its natural active for dandruff.

This plant-based product mitigates scalp irritation, reduces dandruff and normalizes sebum production, facilitating the growth of healthy hair.

The company will be presenting new results on the anti-dandruff ingredient at in-cosmetics 2014 in Hamburg.

Founder Tammy Demos, previously of Cosmedix and Osmosis Beauty, notes, “Gen X is my age group. Our skin care journey has led us through the retin A era, vitamin C and then the clean beauty push. Our skin isn’t aging and inflamed from the lack of skin care products but rather the lack of nutrients that provide health.”
