Noveon Changes Name

Noveon, Inc., a subsidiary of The Lubrizol Corp., has changed its name to Lubrizol Advanced Materials Inc. The name change is part of The Lubrizol Corp.’s one company, one vision initiative, designed to create a common identity for corporation and its subsidiaries. 

Also, the name Noveon Consumer Specialties has been introduced to distinguish the Lubrizol Advanced Materials product portfolio in the personal care and home care markets The Noveon Consumer Specialties name and product line trademark will be used on its promotional literature, advertising, and Web site, www.personalcare.noveon.com, in conjunction with the new Lubrizol logo. No changes in products, trade names, manufacturing process, quality or product specifications accompany the name change. The Lubrizol name and logo were incorporated into North American commercial documentation beginning June 4, 2007, and will be incorporated for other regions in the near future.
