Seppic Acquires EPI France, Extends Nutricosmetics Reach

Seppic has aquired EPI France, a specialist in the development and manufacture of active ingredients of natural origin.

This acquisition strengthens Seppic's know-how in botanical extraction and its position as a supplier of ingredients for the beauty market, the company reports.

With the transfer of know-how and EPI's internal production tools, Seppic will utilize the entire process of research, development and industrialization, from the extraction of raw materials to the active ingredients.
