Active Concepts, LLC has announced its distribution partnership in Japan with Summit Cosmetics Corp. Formal distribution began on January 1, 2020.

Established in 2019 by Sumitomo Corp., Summit specializes in cosmetic ingredient distribution (100% owned by Sumitomo). Sumitomo is a leading Fortune 500 global trading and business investment company with 135 locations (Japan: 22; overseas: 113) in 66 countries and regions.

Summit will represent Active Concepts' full portfolio of cosmetic and personal care technologies. The cooperation with Summit will reportedly strengthen Active Concepts' relationships with key accounts and expand sales, as Summit has key credentials to support its growth in Japan.
